تمكن فريق طبي في مستشفى الفلوجة للنسائية والاطفال التعليمي من التدخل الجراحي لإنقاذ حياة طفله في الساعات الأولى لولادتها مصابه بتشوه في منطقةالبطن أدى إلى مايعرف ببروز الأمعاء الولادي إلى خارج جدار البطن حيث خضعت الطفله لعمليه فوق الكبرى استمرت لساعتين تم خلالها إعادة الأعضاء الداخليه إلى وضعها الطبيعي في جوف البطن ومعالجة التشوه بأغلاق عضلات جدار البطن .

وصرح الدكتور اسامه أديب عبد الفتاح اختصاص جراح الأطفال لاعلام دائرة صحة الانبار ان الطفله كانت مصابه بتشوه في منطقة البطن أدى إلى بروز الأمعاء والمعده والمبايض خارج جدار البطن وتم تشخيصها قبل الولاده عن طريق فحص السونار مما ساعدنا على الاستعداد مبكرا لإجراء العملية بعد ولادتها مباشرة حيث رافقني فريق جراحي تكون من دكتور التخدير والعناية المركزة الدكتور أحمد مجبل ومساعديه محمد غازي وهمام ياسين ومساعد جراح هدى ابراهيم ومسؤول صالة العمليات بسام شاكر.
وأضاف ان بروز الأمعاء الولادي( Gastroschiasis) هو أحد التشوهات الولاديه التي تصيب الجنين في بطن أمه ويؤدي إلى بروز الأمعاء خارج جدار البطن وقد تبرز معها المعده والمبايض مما يعرض حياة الطفل إلى خطر الوفاة وغالبا مايمكن تشخيص الحاله أثناء الحمل عن طريق فحص السونار وفي هذه الحاله يجب وضع الام تحت المراقبه وإجراء الولاده عن طريق العمليه القيصريه والاستعداء لإجراء عمليه للمولود المصاب فور الولاده ويتم تغذيته بعد العملية وريديا ويوضع تحت المراقبه الشديده لحين تمكنه من الرضاعه والتغذيه بشكل طبيعي واستقرار وضعه الصحي .
