تمكن فريق طبي مختص بالجراحة العامة والنسائية والتوليد برئاسة الدكتوره بشرى فرحان المحمدي في مستشفى الفلوجة للنسائية والأطفال التعليمي ويالتعاون مع الطبيب الاختصاص بالجراحة العامة الدكتور صالح حسين العيساوي في مستشفى الفلوجة التعليمي ضمن إطار التعاون مابين المؤسستين من إزالة كيس بوزن5، 9كغم بعمليةجراحية فوق الكبرى لمريضة تبلغ من العمرخمسة وثلاثين عاما .
قالت الطبيبه بشرى ان المريضة جاءت إلى المستشفى وهي في شهرها التاسع من الحمل تعاني من الام حاده في منطقة البطن مصحوبة بكثرة الادرار مع انتفاخ كبير في البطن زاد عن حجمه الطبيعي وبعد الفحوصات السريرية والمختبرية اللازمة وإجراء أشعة السونار تبين ان لديها كتلة كبيرة جدا في البطن تحتاج إلى تداخل جراحي لإنقاذ حياتها.
وبما ان المريضة ام لاربعة اطفال وجميع ولادتها طبيعية استطعنا من المحافظة على حالتها الصحية وتأجيل العملية إلى مابعد الوضع الطبيعي التي اجريت لها تحت تاثير التخدير العام تم خلالها استئصال الكيس مع المبيض والانبوب الايسر الذي ارسل الى الفحص النسيجي.
